Lx7 is a subscription-based platform. Your account, username, and data are protected as long as you maintain an active paid membership.
How Access Works
Lx7 requires an active paid subscription to access the platform. When your subscription ends, your account is preserved but login is disabled until you resubscribe.

How to Keep Your Account
Option 1: Stay Subscribed
The simplest way to keep your account is to maintain any paid subscription. Even Colab Lite ($7 CAD/month) keeps your account active indefinitely.
Option 2: Resubscribe Within 24 Months
If you cancel or your subscription lapses, you have 24 months to resubscribe. Your account is preserved during this period. Resubscribe at membership.lx7.ca to restore full access with all your data intact.
Option 3: Become a Benefactor
Benefactors ($8,888 CAD one-time) receive lifetime access. Your account is never suspended or deleted regardless of activity.
After Deletion
Deletion is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed including your username, profile, uploaded files, and account history. This cannot be undone.
Returning to Lx7
If you want to use Lx7 after your account is deleted, you'll need to create a new account at membership.lx7.ca. Your old username may or may not be available.
Data Export
During the 24-month suspension period, you can resubscribe to regain access and export your data. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. If you need a data export but can't resubscribe, contact membership@lx7.ca.
Username Rules
- Minimum 5 characters — Shorter usernames are reserved for special cases
- Letters, numbers, underscores only — No spaces or special characters
- Case-insensitive — "Alex" and "alex" are the same username
- No impersonation — Don't claim usernames to impersonate others
- No offensive terms — Usernames violating community guidelines may be reclaimed immediately
- No trademark violations — Don't claim brand names you don't own

What happens when my subscription ends?
Your account is suspended — login is disabled but all data is preserved. You have 24 months to resubscribe and restore full access. After 24 months, your account is permanently deleted.
Can I use Lx7 without a subscription?
No. Lx7 requires an active paid subscription for platform access. When your subscription ends, you cannot log in until you resubscribe.
Can I get my data back after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent. We send a warning email 30 days before deletion — if you want to keep your data, resubscribe before the deletion date to restore access and export anything you need.
Can I change my username?
Yes, while your account is active. Go to settings.lx7.ca to update your username. Your old username is released when you change it (subject to a 30-day hold before others can claim it).
