1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lx7 Support Center ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

The Lx7 Support Center provides documentation, resources, and assistance for users of Lx7 services, including The Factory and other related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Lx7.ca is an online platform wholly owned and operated by Humanjava Enterprises Inc., a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. All subscription charges and financial transactions for Lx7 services will appear on your statement as Humanjava Enterprises Inc. or HUMANJAVA. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to paid Lx7 services, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Support Center, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Transmit any material that contains viruses or other harmful components

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Humanjava Enterprises Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

5. Membership, Access & Data Retention

Lx7 requires an active paid subscription for platform access. When your subscription ends, your account is suspended (login disabled) but preserved for 24 months.

• Active subscribers (any paid tier) have full platform access
• Benefactors ($8,888 CAD one-time) receive lifetime access
• Lapsed subscriptions result in account suspension; data preserved for 24 months
• After 24 months without resubscribing, your account and all data are permanently deleted

Before deletion, you will receive a warning email with 30 days to resubscribe and retain your account. You may resubscribe at any time during the 24-month suspension period to restore full access with all data intact.

6. Analytics & Privacy

The platform uses Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly usage metrics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and is GDPR-compliant by design. We also collect minimal server-side performance metrics (response times, error rates) to maintain service quality.

We do not:

• Track users across the web
• Collect data for advertisers
• Train LLMs on your data
• Build advertising or behavioral profiles

Users may choose to save their own conversation logs for continuous learning with their personal LLMs. This is entirely user-initiated. Beyond what you explicitly choose to export, all usage is private.

7. No Cryptocurrency

Lx7.ca does not have a cryptocurrency, token, or coin. Nor will there be one.

If anyone has suggested, promoted, or sold a cryptocurrency associated with Lx7.ca or Humanjava Enterprises Inc., they are not a representative of this project and are acting fraudulently. Do not send money or cryptocurrency to anyone claiming to represent an "Lx7 coin" or similar.

8. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Humanjava Enterprises Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Humanjava Enterprises Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
