Manage Your Subscription[via Lx7.ca]
Upgrade, downgrade, update billing, or cancel your plan.
Access Subscription Settings
Navigate to settings.lx7.ca and log in with your Lx7 account.
You can also access Settings from the navigation bar on any Lx7 site when logged in.
Click the Subscription tab at the top of the settings page. You'll see your current plan, billing status, and management options.
Update Payment Method or View Invoices
Click the Open Billing Portal button. This takes you to Stripe's secure customer portal where you can:
- Update your credit card or payment method
- Download past invoices and receipts
- Update your billing email or address
- View your payment history
When you're done, you'll be redirected back to Lx7 settings.
Change Your Plan
In the Change Plan section, you'll see available plans with Upgrade or Downgrade buttons.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. You keep your current plan features until then.
Cancel Your Subscription
Scroll to the Cancel Subscription section (in the red "Danger Zone") and click the button.
You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your subscription is set to cancel at the end of your current billing period.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click confirm to proceed.
What Happens After Cancellation
You Keep Access Until Period End
After cancelling, you retain full access to your plan's features until your billing period ends. The Subscription tab will show "Cancelling" status and your access end date.
After Your Access Ends
- Your account remains active on the free tier
- You can still log in and access your profile
- Chatroom and LLM features require a paid plan
- Any RAG context files are archived for 30 days, then deleted
- You can resubscribe anytime at membership.lx7.ca
Changed Your Mind?
If you cancelled but want to continue, just click Resume Subscription before your billing period ends. Your subscription will continue as normal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear as "Humanjava Enterprises Inc." or "HUMANJAVA" on your statement.
